This project involved the demolition of five existing tennis courts, two existing baseball fields, and all associated utilities. Following demolition, extensive mass grading operations were performed to raise portions of the site by 8 to 10 feet and establish the required elevations for the new athletic complex.

The completed facility included the construction of 12 hard-surface tennis courts, 6 clay tennis courts with underground irrigation systems, and 20 pickleball courts. Fourteen of the pickleball courts were constructed beneath a 40,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) canopy, providing a covered, open-air playing environment.

The project also included the construction of two pro-shop facilities featuring offices, restrooms, and gathering spaces for players and visitors. Additional site improvements included utility installation, paving, drainage infrastructure, court lighting, fencing, and landscaping to create a premier recreational destination.
